Garlic is the primary crop at this stage. The stock has been developed over 3 years from a 100 year old local cultivar from a family farm. The cloves are large, mild, juicy and sweet – our garlic of choice. They are easy to work with and cut like butter. Great raw in salads too. We are currently developing recipes which showcase the unique characteristics of this specialised garlic. This is one hotly sought-after garlic in top end restaurants Further product development is underway: stay tuned! Try the new garlic experience. For those who have problems digesting garlic, try Johnston Creek Russian garlic (proudly Australian) and taste the difference. As an added bonus, you won’t have offensive garlic after-breath either!

Kerry is very excited about growing onions! The product is being developed with a fourth generation onion grower. This first year of larger scale production has seen amazing results with both brown and red onions. The red onions in particular will be an ongoing specialty crop. They have a mild, fresh sweet taste that stands out in a salad - yum yum. This product is a winner!
Our Allium flower (ampeloprasum var. Ampeloprasum) development is cutting edge in Australia. This stunning architectural flower is distinguished by long stems (up to 2m) and the large spherical firework heads. The flowers make magnificent statements for significant events and are impressive in large spaces e.g. weddings, celebrations, reception displays and funerals.
This year we are making available one new product utilising the flowers' everlasting nature. These stunning ivory dried flowers will be available late January - both vertical and designer stems in three lengths with heads large medium and petite.
