The harvest is almost complete. The drying sheds are filling with racks of garlic, onions and flowers. Innovative techniques are constantly being implemented. Despite the dry year, Johnston Creek’s clear fresh spring water keeps flowing and invigorating plant growth.
The fun continues with time already spent in the Test Kitchen with products direct from the garden - literally. Recipe development and testing is exciting. Johnston Creek Red onions and Russian garlic caremelised stunned the testers and was amazing in our gourmet meals. Yum yum yum! The smell of them cooking and the taste is sensational and gives us confidence in our premium product. A reminder of why we are putting in the hard work.
